How to use
Choose a local image, choose an output format, then process and download. Resize mode allows width and height changes; compression keeps dimensions and offers quality control for JPEG/WebP. PNG and WebP preserve transparency; JPEG uses a white background. Metadata is not copied to the result. Large or animated files are rejected.
Common questions
Why is the result larger?
Re-encoding may add overhead or preserve more data than the source. The tool reports actual sizes; try JPEG/WebP quality settings if appropriate. PNG has no quality slider.
