wmcweb.cn offers browser tools for everyday tasks without an account. Availability and supported formats may change. Read the instructions and limits on each tool before use.
Responsible use and your content
Use the tools lawfully and do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards or infringe others’ rights. You remain responsible for the text, lists, images and links you provide and for checking that you have permission to use them.
Results and limitations
Check outputs before relying on them. QR generation does not verify a destination’s safety; image conversion may change quality, metadata or file size; browser suspension may delay timer notifications. Random tools are not certified lottery services and should not be relied on for regulated or high-stakes decisions.
Intellectual property
Original site code, interface and written content are subject to applicable rights. Open-source dependencies retain their own licenses. Using a tool does not transfer ownership of your input to the owner or give the owner rights to use your files. These terms do not grant a blanket license to copy the site or imply endorsement.
Contact and requested features
You can email tool ideas, problems or suggestions. The owner may assess and respond based on feasibility and available time. Sending a request does not create a commissioned development contract, guarantee a response date or promise a particular feature.
