Scope
This notice describes the current tools and contact features at wmcweb.cn. It covers information handled by the site owner; third-party email and WeChat services have their own privacy rules.
Tool inputs stay in your browser
Name selection, team generation, timers, QR generation, image and PDF processing run locally. PDF passwords remain in memory only and are cleared after success or reset. The application does not upload lists, QR text or original image files. There is no user account or server-side file upload endpoint. Downloaded results are generated in your browser.
Local storage
The name picker saves its current list in localStorage on your device. Reset clears that saved list; you can also clear this site’s storage in browser settings. The tool works if storage is blocked. Search terms and other tool inputs are not saved by the application after leaving the page.
Email, WeChat and tool requests
If you contact the owner, the owner receives the address or account information, message and attachments you choose to send, and uses them to reply and assess your request. Do not include sensitive information unless necessary. Emails pass through email providers; WeChat contact and tips are processed by WeChat. Visiting this site alone does not send a message or make a payment.
Technical requests, analytics and advertising
Your browser sends connection details such as IP address and request headers to the hosting service when retrieving pages and assets. Host logs depend on the actual hosting setup. This version does not load analytics or advertising scripts. Manually choosing a language sets a first-party preference cookie (wmc_locale), stored for up to one year; clear site cookies to reset it. Without a saved choice, the browser language header selects the initial language.
Use, sharing and retention
Tool inputs processed only on your device are not held by the owner. Contact messages are used for replies and follow-up and should be kept only as long as necessary for that purpose or a legal requirement. The owner does not sell contact information. Email, hosting or WeChat providers may process relevant information to provide their services; required legal disclosures may also apply.
Your choices and requests
You may clear local data, stop sending messages, or email the owner to request access, correction or deletion of information the owner holds about you, as applicable. The owner may need proportionate verification and will explain any lawful retention limitation. Do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary.
Security, children and updates
No internet service can promise absolute security. Avoid submitting unnecessary personal information, especially about children. Children should use the site with appropriate adult guidance and should not tip without permission. Material changes to actual processing will be reflected in this notice with an updated date.
